Refund policy

All items are final sale. Due to the nature of archival and collectible works, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or replacements will be provided if an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, a refund, replacement, or repair will be offered if an item:

• arrives damaged
• is faulty
• or is significantly not as described

If you believe your item is eligible for return under these conditions, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at 29archive.co@gmail.com

with:

• your order number
• clear photographic evidence of the issue

Requests made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

All approved returns must be sent back in their original condition. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for refund.
